SALES POLICY
Tires returned for credit must be approved by our Warehouse Supervisor, by telephone, Fax, or E-mail. The warehouse supervisor will then give the customer a claim number. If the item / items are new and returned for credit after 10 days, there is a 10% restocking fee deducted from the full credit amount. Tires will be credited by prorating wear.

Inner Tubes will be credited for adjustment by the customer forwarding the serial number which is printed on the inner tube, the size of the inner tube, and the customer’s explanation of cause of failure. If a service call is requested, which is available only on agricultural inner tubes; an invoice of the charges must also be provided before a credit is issued. Inner tubes might be returned upon request by Tube & Solid Tire staff.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE
All products returned for credit go through our receiving department where a form is filled out and signed by our warehouse foreman; the form will state: (Returned Merchandise for Credit).

If the item or (items) are new and returned for credit there is a 10% restocking fee deducted from the full credit if retuned after 10 days.
